This Shipping Policy explains how SnagBag processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our online store. By placing an order with SnagBag, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and responsibilities related to shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. During peak periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If we anticipate a significant delay in processing your order, we may contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package (where available).

Shipping Times

Our standard estimated delivery time within the United States is:

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary based on factors such as:

Your shipping destination and proximity to major hubs

Weather conditions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control

SnagBag is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs (if applicable), or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States, unless otherwise clearly stated on a specific product page or during checkout.

If any special shipping fees apply (for example, oversized items or promotional expedited shipping), those costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number (when provided by the carrier). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping details (including name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code) are accurate and complete.

SnagBag is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Additional shipping costs incurred to reship an order due to an incorrect address

If you realize that you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at snagbag@snagbag.online. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in progress.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or has not moved for an extended period, we recommend the following steps:

Check the tracking details for any carrier notes or attempted delivery notices.

Verify that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.

Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for the most up‑to‑date information.

If your package appears lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable time frame beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at snagbag@snagbag.online. We will work with the carrier to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Please note that once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, SnagBag is generally not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. In those cases, you may need to file a claim directly with the carrier or check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
