Get it, love it, or send it back
It goes without saying that we hope you enjoy your order. Nevertheless, in case you receive an unsatisfactory order, there is 30 days return period.
How It Works
- Contact our customer service team at snagbag@snagbag.online using your order ID and reason for returning the item.
- We will provide you with return details, along with a shipping label if applicable.
- Please return the item in its original state, without wear and tear, along with attached labels.
- Once the item is received and evaluated by us, we will arrange for your refund to be processed on the same payment method.
Some Basic Terms and Conditions
- The item should be returned in its original condition.
- Returns are accepted for all items bought from Snagbag unless the items have been labeled as non-returnable.
- Shipping charges may apply in case of returns that are not due to any fault of Snagbag.
